Today, I am thrilled to introduce a new addition to our team at Equity Academy. Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Conor Kearns, who will be taking on the position of "Single Family Mentor".
Adding Conor was a win/win as he came to me seeking mentorship to expand his investment business into multi-family, while having a solid foundation in single-family investing which will greatly benefit our members. He has direct experience investing in the Houston market and a genuine passion for guiding others. With Conor, we have found the perfect match, and we are confident that his expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our team and each individual's growth.
Conor began his real estate investing journey at age 24, he was able to scale his portfolio, while working 80+ hours a week in corporate America, hitting the financial independence mark at age 27 through single family real estate investing.
As our "Single Family Mentor", Conor will be involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing skills, knowledge, and overall performance for members at Equity Academy. Conor will host workshops, conduct one-on-one mentoring sessionsand help create development plans that align with each team member's goals.
